The air leakage rate of the whole machine does not exceed 1%. The good sealing structure effectively reduces the unit noise. The adiabatic effect of the material is realized with two functions: the low thermal conduction coefficient of the material and the indiabatic effect of the air inside the frame.

The specially-designed aluminum alloy profiles and function section parts are built in the box frame. The mechanical strength of the box is no more than 4 mm under the design working conditions. In-between the inner and outer panel is filled with insulation materials like rock wool or high-quality polyurethane foam composite board with a thickness of 25/50 mm.
When the unit is fastened with self-tapping screw, it can ensure the flatness of the outer plate of the profile, and effectively eliminate the deformation and pit phenomenon of the profile plates under the external force. As to the connection among profiles plates of the unit, a special vertical support profile steel was built in to give the reinforcement from the inside to the outside.
The unit interior is completely smooth, without weld seam and screws, and being easy to clean and uneasy for dust collecting.
